Louis is a patent technical advisor in our Montreal office. He joined our team in the fall of 2020 after completing his master's degree in engineering physics at Polytechnique Montréal.
Louis specializes in engineering physics and worked on a research project in the Functional Coating and Surface Engineering Laboratory (FCSEL) group during his master's degree. More specifically, he studied the integration of electrochromic materials with variable optical properties for commercial purposes.
During his studies, Louis was a research intern for the Functional Coating and Surface Engineering Laboratory (FCSEL) and the Advanced Photonic Concepts Laboratory (APCL) at Polytechnique Montréal. He also worked as a trainee for a company in an R&D project aimed at the automation of test benches.
He holds a bachelor and a master's degree in engineering physics from Polytechnique Montréal and completed a semester abroad at the University of Mons in Belgium.
