Marianne Khairi-Arancibia is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial Group in our Montreal office. She works primarily in the emerging technology sector with a practice focused on venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and high-growth technology companies.
Marianne holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law and a Juris Doctor in common law from Université de Montréal. She also has a certificate in Chinese law from China University of Political Science and Law and a bachelor’s degree in art history from Concordia University.
In parallel to her studies, Marianne has been involved as a volunteer with the McGill Legal Information Clinic and as a community manager with Front Row Ventures. As well, she has been a teaching assistant at Université de Montréal for courses in contract law, evidence and civil procedure. Since 2021, she has been an active member of the Information Technology Committee of the Young Bar Association of Montreal.
Prior to joining Fasken, Marianne was an associate in the business law group of a large regional firm, practising in the areas of transactional and commercial law.
