Marie-Camille Hudon is a lawyer in the Tax group. Her practice focuses primarily on tax litigation. Marie-Camille advises and represents clients in negotiations with tax authorities in connection with audits, objections and challenges in the courts.
She combines a professional and academic background in tax law with knowledge and expertise in tax issues and is able to develop and implement strategies that meet your objectives and business priorities.
Prior to joining Fasken, Marie-Camille practised law with a regional firm where she represented taxpayers before the Court of Québec, the Tax Court of Canada, and the Court of Appeal of Quebec.
