Maud Rozee is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in Fasken’s Vancouver office, focusing on complex commercial disputes.
Maud has experience with a wide range of matters, including shareholder disputes, securities-related actions, and share valuations. Maud has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal in proceedings arising from shareholder dissents and alleged breaches of fiduciary duty and self-interested transactions by directors.
Maud is a graduate of Barnard College and the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where she was a Junior Fellow at Massey College. While a law student, she served on the Moot Court Committee and won Best Respondent Factum at the Harold G. Fox Moot. Before joining Fasken, Maud clerked at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Maud currently serves as a volunteer board member for a non-profit corporation that runs a summer music camp for youth.
