Natasha De Cicco is Counsel in the firm’s Insolvency & Restructuring group. Natasha advises lenders and lending syndicates, creditors, debtors, purchasers, distressed investors and court-appointed officers and is known for providing clients with strategic advice and creative and practical solutions.
Natasha’s practice involves all aspects of insolvency law with a focus on corporate restructuring including out-of-court negotiated workouts, refinancings and reorganizations. She also advises clients on DIP lending transactions, distressed purchase transactions, bankruptcies, receiverships and restructurings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
Natasha also has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex domestic and cross-border bilateral and syndicated lending transactions including asset-based and cash flow loans, equipment loans and leases, exit financing and acquisition financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Natasha practiced insolvency and bank financing law at another large Bay Street firm for over nine (9) years and was Senior Counsel-Workouts at GE Capital Canada for over five (5) years.
