Ndumiso Dyantyi is a partner in Fasken’s Johannesburg office, assisting clients in the renewable energy, mining, debt restructurings and health sectors.

Advising in the areas of corporate, leveraged, project finance, asset-based and acquisition finance, as well as debt restructurings. He also acts for both local and international lenders, borrowers and sponsors. Most recently, Ndumiso was part of a team advising and representing FirstRand Bank Limited and The Standard Bank of South Africa on a number of solar power and hospital infrastructure projects.

  • Advised on a hospital infrastructure project that was voted Best health care deal 2016:
    Busamed Harrismith Private Hospital in South Africa.
  • Advised on a Project Finance International deal of the year in (Lesedi & Letsatsi), 2013.
  • Selected as a South African Visiting Lawyer by The Cyrus R Vance Centre for International Justice in New York, 2011 – 2012.
