Les Affaires mentions Raymond Chrétien in an article about China and its dozen agreements negotiated with several countries.

[Translation] In any event, Ottawa won’t launch discussions with Beijing in the short term, according to former ambassador Raymond Chrétien, partner and strategic advisor with Fasken Martineau. “The top priority is the Trans-Pacific Partnership.”
