Montréal (Canada) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced that its sixth annual Montréal Symposium is taking place this morning at the Centre Mont-Royal.

Fasken Martineau is proud to once again welcome more than 750 in-house counsel and legal professionals to its Symposium, an event that sells out year after year. The number of registered professionals and the enthusiasm shown for this event confirms its usefulness and credibility for the Montréal legal community.

Throughout the day, various workshops will address current issues in the legal world. In-house counsel will be able to earn four hours toward the Barreau du Québec's continuing education requirements.

The event will close with a luncheon conference featuring Jean-François Bouchard, CEO and co-founder of Sid Lee.

Fasken Martineau will tweet live, in French, from the event. You can follow what is said at twitter.com/faskenfr or #MtlSymposium.

Members of the press who would like to attend the Symposium are invited to contact Karen Lafleur at (514) 397-4396 or by email at klafleur@fasken.com.
