Fasken Martineau partner appointed Justice of the Court of Québec

Fasken Martineau announces that one of its partners has been appointed Justice of the Court of Québec.

Montréal (Canada) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, is pleased to announce that one of its partners, Mtre Dominique Gibbens, has been appointed Justice of the Court of Québec. For the duration of her mandate, Mtre Gibbens will be carrying out her new duties mainly at the Court of Québec, Civil Division, in Montréal.

Before this appointment, Mtre Gibbens had been a partner with Fasken Martineau's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in Montréal since 1999. Her practice encompassed complex civil and commercial litigation matters, including class action suits and international arbitration.
