The Journal de Québec mentions Montréal partner and strategic advisor Raymond Chrétien in an article on his appointment as emissary for the Quebec Government in discussions on US customs pre-clearance and Canadian clearance at Montréal’s Central Station.
“Mr. Chrétien brings his extensive experience as a diplomat and negotiator to the service of Quebec, which will allow him to play a key role in our desire to reach an agreement to improve rail and air links between Quebec and the US,” stated the Premier in a press release.
