La Presse mentions Montréal partner and strategic advisor Raymond Chrétien in an article on his appointment as emissary for the Quebec Government in discussions on US customs pre-clearance and Canadian clearance at Montréal’s Central Station.

“Mr. Chrétien will also promote the US pre-clearance project at Jean-Lesage Airport in Québec City.” It was not possible to obtain details about his mandate as negotiator or the remuneration he will receive. According to Quebec, the Québec City Airport is at a stage as advanced as the Central Station one.
