Canoe mentions Raymond Chrétien in an article about the customs preclearance project for Quebec City’s Jean Lesage International Airport that is ahead of the Canadian customs preclearance at Montreal’s Central Station.

Last fall, the Couillard government appointed former Canadian ambassador to Washington, Raymond Chrétien, as Québec emissary for both projects.
