Veteran banking lawyer Stephen Clark has joined Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP as a partner in the firm’s Toronto financial institutions practice. Clark moves over from Osler, where he had reached the firm’s mandatory retirement age.
“I absolutely love what I do and would like to keep on doing it,” he said in an email. “The whole retail banking, credit card, payment system and consumer lending space, where a great deal of my practice has been focused over the last few years, is in a particularly busy cycle and I look forward to continuing to provide advice in areas critical to this industry.”
