“Marc-André Fabien est élu président du Comité paralympique canadien” by La Presse Canadienne.

La Presse quotes Montréal lawyer Marc-André Fabien in an article on being elected president of the Canadian Paralympic Committee.

Montrealer Marc-André Fabien was elected president of the Canadian Paralympic Committee on Saturday during the federation’s annual general meeting.

“The Canadian Paralympic Committee is at a turning point, stated Fabien in a press release. As an organization, the CPC and its members must work together even more closely to achieve the following objectives: increase the recognition of parasport, develop the next generation, attract and organize international parasport competitions in Canada, and reduce the CPC’s financial dependence on the government by strengthening its relationship with the business community.”
