The regulation of drones has been the subject of discussion following a collision last Thursday between one of these devices and a commercial airplane in Québec City. Questions are also being raised about the invasion of privacy. Jean LaRoche, Director of Research and Development at the Centre québécois de formation aéronautique and Antoine Guilmain, a lawyer with Fasken Martineau and member of the Privacy and Information Protection group, talk about these issues.
