Toronto (Canada) – Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that Tony Di Domenico, a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Antitrust/Competition & Marketing, Class Actions and White Collar Defence and Investigations groups, received the PwC Next Generation Award at the 14th annual Business Excellence Awards hosted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario (ICCO) in Toronto.
Tony has extensive trial, appellate and regulatory experience. He has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, and has represented clients in matters with multi-jurisdictional and parallel civil and criminal components. Tony is currently serving a special appointment as counsel to Canada’s Commissioner of Competition (Department of Justice Canada, Competition Bureau Legal Services).
