Fasken Martineau announced today that its National Health Group has authored the Canada Chapter in Getting the Deal Through’s first edition of Healthcare Enforcement & Litigation.

Toronto (Canada) – Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that its National Health Group has authored the Canada Chapter in Getting the Deal Through’s first edition of Healthcare Enforcement & Litigation. Contributors to the chapter include: Health Group leader and partner Lynne Golding, and partners David Rosenbaum (Litigation), Timothy Squire (Life Sciences), Mathieu Gagné (Intellectual Property) and Shahrooz Nabavi (Information Technology).
