Nicolas is an associate in the Real Estate Law practice group. He advises clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including re-zoning and sub-dividing land, re-development proposals, share and asset sales, project financing, and more.
Previously, Nicolas acquired a diverse set of experiences as a law student at the University of Ottawa. These include pleading in French at the finals of a mock trial, using data science to better understand the law, organizing continuing legal education conferences, and performing traditional legal research.
When Nicolas is not working, you may find him skiing, hiking, reading a book, or watching a crime thriller on Netflix.
Nicolas is a proud alumnus of Vancouver Pacific Swim Club, University Hill Secondary school, and the McGill varsity swim team.
