Nicole graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in the Spring of 2020. During her legal studies, Nicole was involved in student government and volunteered with the HoopLaw Charity Basketball Tournament committee as well as with Legal Education Outreach. Nicole received the Harry Rankin Prize in Criminal Law in her first year of law school, as well as a course prize in Civil Procedure in her second year. During her final year of law school, Nicole was an extern in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, gaining invaluable experience working with judges in several courthouses and on Circuit Court in Haida Gwaii. 

During her undergraduate degree, as well as her first year of law school, Nicole competed on the UBC Varsity Track & Field and Cross Country Teams. Nicole was recognized as an Academic All-Canadian for her academic achievements during her time competing for the Thunderbirds. Nicole continues to pursue competitive running with the Vancouver Thunderbirds.

Nicole enjoys running, skiing, hiking, camping, traveling and spending time with her friends and family. She is excited to return to Fasken for her articles.
