Pascal Provost is an associate of the Real Estate group in Québec City, having specialized in real estate development since the beginning of his practice. As such, he advises and represents clients in various aspects of commercial real estate law, including financing, real estate investments and partnerships, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing agreements and construction matters.
Over the course of his career, Pascal has participated in the development of several complex real estate projects, both in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Thanks to his experience acquired as in-house counsel, his negotiation and drafting skills, as well as his distinctive understanding of business priorities for real estate developers and owners, Pascal has the expertise and resources needed to guide clients during every step of their project in order to achieve their objectives.
Prior to joining Fasken, Pascal was director of legal affairs for one of the largest real estate investment trusts in Canada and of a major national hotel chain. He previously worked as counsel for a major real estate developer. As a result, he is focus on providing practical and effective solutions for his clients.
