Sabrina Jackson-Nazareth is an Articling Student in Fasken's Toronto office.

Sabrina completed her JD/MBA degree at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Finance and as a member of the Dean’s Honour List. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in Economics, where she graduated with High Distinction and as a Dean’s List Scholar. At Osgoode, Sabrina served as a Dean’s Fellow, sat on the Standing Committee for Teaching and Learning, and was an Associate Editor on the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. She also worked on Osgoode’s Investor Protection Clinic, helping victims of various forms of investment fraud navigate the legal system. Sabrina previously worked as an intern in Fasken’s Competition, Marketing & Foreign Investment practice group, where she worked on projects related to antitrust/competition merger clearance and foreign investment reviews for Canadian and international M&A transactions. Additionally, Sabrina has worked at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). In her last year of law school, Sabrina was elected as Co-President of the JD/MBA Student’s Association (JMSA), where she oversaw the activities of the JMSA executive and acted as the liaison between the JD/MBA student body and faculty. In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys yoga, painting and spending time with her cat.

Sabrina summered at the Firm in 2021 and was seconded to the Toronto International Film Festival.
