Sarah is developing a broad corporate practice with experience in securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
Sarah has experience working on merger and acquisition transactions, financings and corporate reorganizations, as well as with general corporate and commercial matters.
Sarah summered with Fasken after her first year of law school and articled with Fasken after graduating from the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law.
