Pan-Oston (U.S.) merges with Complete Retail Solutions

On January 3, 2006, store fixture providers Pan-Oston Ltd. and Complete Retail Solutions, both located in Peterborough, Ontario, announced that they would be combining operations and operate under the name Pan-Oston Ltd. Pan-Oston is a majority-owned subsidiary of Houchens Industries with facilities in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Peterborough, Ontario. Houchens Industries, headquartered in Bowling Green, is employee-owned, with approximately $3 billion in annual sales and 10,000 employees. Fasken Martineau advised Pan-Oston in this transaction with a team comprised of Steve Blimkie, Martin Denyes, Sean Morley and Armand Benitah.
