RDS Acquisition completes IPO and commences trading on the TSX Venture Exchange

On May 19, 2006, RDS Acquisition Corp. announced that it had completed its initial public distribution of two million common shares and that they would commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on May 23. RDS Acquisition Corp. is a Canadian capital pool corporation, whose principal business will be the identification and evaluation of assets or businesses with a view to completing a qualifying transaction. Rubin Rapuch and Robert Eberschlag of Fasken Martineau advised RDS Acquisition Corp. in this transaction.
