European Nickel signs offtake contract with BHP Billiton

Fasken Martineau advised AIM and ASX listed European Nickel plc ("ENK plc") in respect of its off take agreement with BHP Billiton. The offtake agreement relates to ENK's Çaldağ project in Turkey. ENK plc is a nickel laterite development and production company focused on developing its Acoje project in the Philippines. ENK has developed a tank leaching technology to remove nickel from ore which is cost-effective, commercially viable and environmentally sensitive. ENK plc were advised by Fasken Martineau by a team led by Al Gourley.
