Wesdome Gold Mines

On May 30, 2007, Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. announced that it had completed a private placement of senior unsubordinated convertible debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $11,539,000. Wesdome intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for development work designed to increase gold production. The offering was placed by Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited and Pollitt & Co. Inc. as agents for Wesdome. Fasken Martineau advised the agents in this transaction with a team comprised of Craig Brown, Geoff Clarke and Michael Gleeson.
