On July 26, 2007, Canadian Royalties Inc. completed a marketed equity offering of an aggregate of 27,300,000 common shares for gross proceeds of approximately $75 million. The offering of the common shares was qualified by short form prospectus filed in all provinces of Canada and on a private placement basis in jurisdictions outside of Canada.
