Lending syndicate led by Scotiabank provides credit facilities to Montreal-based Lavo Inc.

On May 1, 2008, entities related to Lavo Inc. entered into a credit agreement with a lending syndicate led by The Bank of Nova Scotia, as agent, to provide a revolving term credit facility and a non-revolving term credit facility. Lavo, a company head-quartered in Montreal, markets laundry and household cleaning products. The lending syndicate was represented by Angela Onesi, Félix Gutierrez and Alexandre Gagnon of Fasken Martineau in Montreal, and Jon Holmstrom, Aaron Stefan and Linda Huynh in Toronto.
