Cobra Anchors Co. Ltd. v. President, Canada Border Services Agency, CITT Appeal NO. AP-2008-006

This was an appeal before the Canadian International Trade Tribunal from decisions of the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) with respect to the application of anti-dumping duties to certain anchor kits. The issue in this appeal is whether anchor kits imported into Canada by Cobra were ”fasteners” subject to the Tribunal findings in Certain Fasteners 2 (the subject goods) and therefore subject to the imposition of anti-dumping duties.
