CTVglobemedia sells SexTV and Drive-In Classics to Corus Entertainment in US$40 million transaction

On November 30, 2009, following regulatory approval by the CRTC, CTVglobemedia completed the sale of digital specialty channels SexTV and Drive-In Classics to Corus Entertainment for $40 million. CTVglobemedia was advised in this transaction by an in-house team led by Andre Serero, Kevin Assaff and David Bross, and by Fasken Martineau with a team led by Roxanne McCormick and including Sean Stevens and Jessica Catton (corporate/securities and M&A).
