Purepoint Uranium completes flow-through financing

On November 11, 2009, Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PTU) announced that it had completed a private placement of 5,000,000 units for gross proceeds of $1 million to a group of investors including MineralFields Group. The net proceeds of this private placement will be used to further advance Purepoint's uranium exploration projects in Saskatchewan. Purepoint was advised in this transaction by a team from Fasken Martineau comprised of Allan Beach and Bozidar Crnatovic (securities), and Mitchell Thaw and David Fox (tax).
