On December 22, 2009, The Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a preliminary determination of injury due to the dumping of faced rigid cellular polyurethane-modified polyisocyanurate thermal insulation board originating in or exported from the United States of America (subject goods), following a complaint filed by IKO Sales Ltd. (IKO).
IKO is a privately owned Canadian company involved in the manufacture, sale and distribution of a wide range of roofing products throughout Canada, as well as in the United States, Europe and other international markets.
