On January 22, 2010, Tri Origin Minerals Ltd. (TOR - TSX) announced that it had been admitted to the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and had dual listed its Ordinary Shares on the main board of the TSX under the ticker symbol TOR. Tri Origin Minerals is a well-established base and precious metals explorer with assets in Australia. Admission to the TSX Main Board marks an important step in the corporate development of the company and is designed to increase exposure of the company and its projects to North American investors. The company's head office will continue to be domiciled in Australia and its shares will continue to trade on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol TRO. Tri Origin Minerals was advised in its listing application by Fasken Martineau with a team that included Nancy Eastman, Jennifer Armstrong and Andrew Derksen.
