BreconRidge entered into a senior secured financing facility with PNC which refinanced its existing senior debt and provided funding for capital expenditures and ongoing working requirements of BreconRidge and its subsidiaries in the USA and Asia. Fasken Martineau represented BreconRidge and its subsidiaries with a team that consisted of Brian McIntomny, Brian Wright, David Ferris and Louise Kennedy.
