Wolff v. Rogers Communications Inc. was a 3-day provincial court trial decision, in which Jonathan Lim acted for the defendant, Rogers Communication Inc. and won. The trial was heard by the Honourable Judge Kenneth Skilnick. Mr. Wolff's claim for contractual damages, personal injury damages, and punitive damages against Rogers was dismissed and penalty costs were awarded against Mr. Wolff.
