Haivision is a private company based in Montreal and Chicago with a global sales and support organization distributing its products through value-added resellers, system integrators, distributors, and OEMs worldwide.
KulaByte, founded in 2004, has an extensive customer list across many market segments, including over-the-top (OTT) broadcast, HD Internet TV, live church streaming, education, corporate event broadcasting, live sporting event streaming, and military and defense applications. MontiVision Imaging Technologies, founded in 2003 and a partner in the development of Kulabyte products, is an advanced development company focused on delivering technologies for video acquisition, machine vision, surveillance, and medical imaging applications.
The technologies of both KulaByte and MontiVision, including advanced encoding, transcoding, cloud computing, and workflow solutions, were combined by Haivision to form a new Internet Media Division.
