AIM listed Fluormin plc acquires the share capital of JSE listed Sallies

In December 2011, AIM listed Fluormin plc  ("Fluormin") acquired the remaining issued share capital of JSE listed Sallies Limited (which it did not already own) by way of a scheme of arrangement under South Africa's company laws. Dimitri Cavvadas and Reitumetse Benedict Phiri of Fasken Martineau advised Fluormin on this transaction.
