Jonathan Lim acted as counsel for ICBC on behalf of the Defendant, Trevor Jones, and was successful in obtaining the order sought for the production of certain documents that the Plaintiff claimed were protected by litigation privilege. Leave to appeal the order of the Honourable Madam Justice Bruce was denied by the Court of Appeal on May 2, 2012.
