Inga Sibiga v. Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Partnership, Bell Mobility Inc. and Telus Communications Company

Acting for Rogers Communications Inc. and Fido Solutions Inc. before the Quebec Superior Court in their defence of a proposed class action with respect to international mobile data roaming fees. The team includes Pierre Lefebvre, Eleni Yiannakis and Noah Boudreau. This case met with success before the Superior Court, but the motion for authorization to institute a class action was dismissed. The matter is now before the Court of Appeal.
