Timothy Squire of Fasken Martineau was retained by a distributor of natural health products following the revocation of its Class A Precursor License and seizure of its entire precursor inventory. Enforcement actions based on quality systems deficiencies and erroneous suspicion that precursors were diverted for the illicit manufacture of methamphetamine. Tim developed a remedial strategy, commenced and settled a court proceeding for the return of detained product, and negotiated the reinstatement of the client's Class A Precursor license.
