Maison du développement durable

In February 2014, the Maison du développement durable, a non-profit organization located on the corner of Clark and Sainte-Catherine in Montréal that is home to several community organizations that focus on the environment and sustainable development, obtained a property tax exemption.
The decision was handed down by the Commission municipale du Québec and is retroactive to September 2011.
Fasken Martineau represented the Maison du développement durable pro bono. The team consisted of Nikolas Blanchette and Brandon Farber.
