Maison du développement durable

In February 2014, the Maison du développement durable, a non-profit organization located on the corner of Clark and Sainte-Catherine in Montréal that is home to several community organizations that focus on the environment and sustainable development, obtained a property tax exemption. The decision was handed down by the Commission municipale du Québec and is retroactive to September 2011. Fasken Martineau represented the Maison du développement durable pro bono.
