Financial close has been reached on the BC Children's & BC Women's Redevelopment Project (Phase 2) in British Columbia. Provincial Health Services Authority has signed the deal with the Affinity Partnerships consortium for the C$350 million design, build, finance and maintain (DBFM) project for a new children's and women's acute care centre in Vancouver, with a 30-year concession period. A Fasken Martineau team that included David Little, Ann Madden, Jasmin Zeng, Marcus Turner and Kareen Zimmer was counsel to Provincial Health Services Authority, Partnerships BC.
