The Defendant applied for a stay of the Plaintiff’s action, relying on an arbitration clause in an agreement drafted by the Defendant. The Plaintiff argued that its claim regarding the Defendant’s breach of fiduciary duties as former lawyer to the Plaintiff must be considered by the Court. The Court dismissed the stay application.
