On June 12, 2014, Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. (Jamieson) completed its acquisition of Lorna Vanderhaeghe Health Solutions, Inc., a leading Canadian women's wellness company. As part of the transaction, founder Lorna Vanderhaeghe became a shareholder of Jamieson and a member of the board of directors. Jamieson is Canada’s largest manufacturer and distributor of advanced natural-health products and a world-leading innovator in the development of proprietary supplement formulas. Jamieson products are made at the company’s state-of-the-art laboratories in Windsor, Ontario.
