GFL Completes Reorganization of its Share Capital

On November 14, 2014, GFL Environmental Inc. (GFL) announced that it has successfully completed a reorganization of its share capital. Following the reorganization, GFL is now one of the largest environmental services companies in Canada with total enterprise value of approximately C$950 million. Fasken Martineau was Canadian counsel to a private equity investor with a team led by Blair Horn and including Samuel Li (securities), Michael Coburn (tax) and Michelle Pockey (environmental).
