Luvo completes corporate reorganization equity investment

Luvo, Inc. (Luvo), a food company with a head office in Vancouver, completed a corporate reorganization and an equity investment in a transaction that included an equity financing and a take-over bid offer with private equity investors and a rights offering with the current shareholders. Luvo, Inc. is a privately held food company that produces nutritious frozen meals sold in retail stores. Fasken Martineau was Canadian counsel to Luvo with a team that was led by Blair Horn and included Samuel Li.
