Ingenium Technologies Corporation

On March 18, 2016, Ingenium Technologies Corporation (Ingenium), a BC-based data management firm, was acquired by Dodge Data & Analytics LLC (Dodge), a New York-based provider of subscription-based intelligence and analytics to the North American construction industry. Ingenium’s applications are widely used to deepen workflow integration of the information provided by Dodge, Industrial Information Resources (PEC), Dun & Bradstreet and other data sets. Its products include ConstructionPoints for Salesforce, which provides for automated integration of Dodge’s data sets directly into Salesforce; and ContructionPoints News, which provides fully mobile Dodge data access for smartphones and tables, integrated with Google Maps and providing custom alerts. Ingenium Technologies Corporation was advised by a Fasken Martineau team that was led by Blair Horn and included Michael Hobkirk (mergers and acquisitions), Stephanie Gutierrez (employment) and Michael Coburn (tax).
