American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP agrees to acquire two Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotels for US$57.6 million

American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP (“AHIP”) agreed to acquire two Embassy Suites by Hilton hotels located in Dallas, Texas and Tempe, Arizona for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $57.6 million on July 13, 2016. Tower Rock Hotels & Resorts is the exclusive manager for the AHIP portfolio and will manage the two hotels consisting of 529 total guestrooms. Upon the completion of this acquisition, AHIP’s portfolio will consist of 82 hotels, with 37 branded hotels and 45 rail crew hotels. Carmine Boskovich was counsel to Tower Rock Hotels & Resorts.
