Resource Capital Gold closes US$3 million private placement

Resource Capital Gold Corp., (Resource Capital Gold) TSXV: RCG completed a non-brokered equity private placement. The private placement involved the issuance of 25, 000,000 common shares of Resource Capital Gold at a price of $0.12 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,000,000. Fasken Martineau advised Resource Capital Gold with a team that included Paul Fornazzari, Steve Saville and Martin Ferreira Pinho.
